        Quantum 45 is a two-part epoxy primer system that provides exceptional filling, excellent adhesion, and superior corrosion protection for wood and fiberglass/gelcoat surfaces.

        Quantum45 Epoxy Surfacing Primer Adequate filling, excellent adhesion and protection, and superior topcoat holdout. With application properties similar to a topcoat, it is most often used as the finish primer for Quantum99 Polyurethane Topcoat once sanded to the end user’s level of satisfaction

        • We ship by UPS, Parcel Select Ground, common carrier, and airfreight. 
        • We ship most orders with UPS. 
        • UPS next day, two-day or three day select can be accommodated for most orders upon request and will be invoiced accordingly.
        • For oversized orders, we will provide you with a freight rate with a common carrier.
        •  Orders containing Hazardous Materials will only be shipped UPS Ground or by Common Carrier.

        • No returns for special order items, electronics, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials, such as paint, resins and adhesives.
        • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer unless the error was ours.
