Polyester Putty

Poly Silk Polyester Putty

General purpose polyester based putty used for filling and fairing.

Easy to sand and very strong.

If the option for MEK is selected, it will be hardener with a red-dye additive. This is not an error. When added, you will know that the MEK is mixed throughout when all of the putty is an even pinkish color. With the clear hardener, it can sometimes be more difficult to achieve an even mix, as it makes no visible change.

We offer three different sizes of hardener with your resin.

The 15cc is enough hardener for a quart at 2%.

The 30cc is enough hardener for a gallon at 3/4%

The 60cc is enough hardener for a gallon at 2%.

If you are glassing below 75 we suggest getting the 60cc per gallon that way you do not run out of hardener.

We ship by UPS, Parcel Select Ground, common carrier, and airfreight.
We ship most orders with UPS.
UPS next day, two-day or three day select can be accommodated for most orders upon request and will be invoiced accordingly.
For oversized orders, we will provide you with a freight rate with a common carrier.
Orders containing Hazardous Materials will only be shipped UPS Ground or by Common Carrier.
Most orders placed before 2:00 (our time) will ship same day.
