Partall® Film #10 GALLON

Partall® Film #10 Green is a premium PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) mold release film formulated to provide dependable part release while offering the added advantage of a green tint for easy visual application. The colored coating allows users to quickly identify complete and uniform coverage, reducing the chance of missed areas that could lead to sticking or difficult part removal.

This ready-to-use, water/alcohol-based release coating dries to form a thin, continuous film that prevents polyester and epoxy resin systems from bonding to mold surfaces. It is ideal for use on new molds, repaired molds, plugs, prototypes, and production tooling where reliable release performance is critical.

Partall® Film #10 Green is commonly applied over mold release wax as a secondary release system for added protection. It can be sprayed with an HVLP or conventional spray gun, or applied by brush or sponge, producing a smooth, even film that dries quickly under normal shop conditions. After the part has been removed, the PVA film is easily washed away with water, leaving the mold ready for cleaning and reapplication.

Note: For best results, apply Partall® Film #10 Green to a properly prepared mold surface using light, even coats. Allow the coating to dry completely before laminating. After demolding, simply rinse away the PVA film with water before preparing the mold for the next production cycle.
