Presta (Now Malco) Super Cut Compound Gallon

Presta Super Cut Compound is a heavy-duty rubbing compound formulated for demanding surface restoration and refinishing applications. Its aggressive cutting action is designed to remove heavy oxidation, sanding scratches, weathering, and other significant surface defects, making it an excellent first step when restoring heavily damaged or neglected finishes.

The compound provides a strong initial cut to level surface imperfections efficiently and reduce the time required for heavy correction. It is particularly useful for marine fiberglass and gelcoat restoration, as well as automotive, RV, body shop, and industrial refinishing applications.

Presta Super Cut Compound is intended for machine buffing with a suitable cutting pad. After the major defects have been removed, the surface can be followed with a finer Presta compound or polish to remove remaining compounding marks and develop maximum gloss and clarity.

For boat restoration, Super Cut Compound is especially effective when working on heavily oxidized gelcoat, weathered fiberglass hulls, and surfaces that have been wet-sanded prior to buffing.
