• Shipping charges are based upon the size, weight and destination of the shipment. 
• Most orders are shipped F.O.B., Fort Pierce, FL.
• We ship by UPS, Parcel Select Ground, common carrier, and airfreight. 
• We ship most orders with UPS. 
• UPS next day, two-day or three day select can be accommodated for most orders upon request and will be invoiced accordingly.
• For oversized orders, we will provide you with a freight rate with a common carrier.
•  Orders containing Hazardous Materials will only be shipped UPS Ground or by Common Carrier.     
• Most orders placed before 2:00 (our time) will ship same day.    

Methods of Domestic shipment:

• Return within 30 days and receive a full refund
• No restocking fee - if returned within 30 days
• Call 1-877-57-RESIN for your Return Authorization #
• Please write your Return Authorization # on the outside of the box and include your customer number, Return Authorization # and a list of the items being returned inside the box.
• All returned products must be unused and with all original packaging and packing materials.
• No returns for special order items, electronics, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials, such as paint, resins and adhesives.
• Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer unless the error was ours.
