        WEST SYSTEM® 105 Epoxy Resin is the foundation of the renowned WEST SYSTEM epoxy line, trusted by professional boat builders, woodworkers, composite fabricators, and DIY enthusiasts worldwide. This clear, low-viscosity resin is formulated to provide exceptional wet-out of fiberglass and reinforcing fabrics while delivering outstanding adhesion to wood, fiberglass, metals, foam, and many composite materials.

        When mixed with the appropriate WEST SYSTEM 205 Fast, 206 Slow, 207 Special Clear, or 209 Extra Slow Hardener, 105 Resin cures into a durable, waterproof, high-strength solid that resists moisture intrusion and provides long-lasting structural performance. By selecting the proper hardener, you can tailor the working and cure times to match your project's size, complexity, and ambient temperature.

        Its low-viscosity formula allows it to penetrate porous surfaces while thoroughly wetting fiberglass cloth and other reinforcing materials. It also serves as an excellent base resin for thickened adhesives when combined with WEST SYSTEM fillers, making it suitable for gap filling, filleting, fairing, bonding, and structural repairs. Once cured, the epoxy can be sanded, shaped, drilled, and finished with paint or varnish for a professional-quality result.

        Ideal for both new construction and repair work, WEST SYSTEM 105 Epoxy Resin is commonly used in marine applications, fiberglass repairs, woodworking, furniture building, composite fabrication, and protective coating projects where strength, reliability, and moisture resistance are essential.
