Fiberglass Nylon Bubble Buster Roller 3/4 X 3"

The Fiberglass Nylon Bubble Buster Roller is a specialized laminating tool used to remove trapped air bubbles and properly consolidate fiberglass reinforcement during resin application. After fiberglass cloth, chopped strand mat, woven roving, or other reinforcement has been saturated with resin, the roller is worked across the laminate to help force trapped air to the surface.

The grooved nylon roller head applies consistent pressure while helping distribute resin throughout the reinforcement. This improves fiber wet-out, reduces voids and dry spots, and helps create a more uniform fiberglass laminate. The nylon construction is lightweight and provides an excellent alternative to traditional aluminum laminating rollers.

The roller's compact design also provides good control when working on smaller parts, molds, curves, corners, and detailed fiberglass repairs. When properly cleaned before the resin cures, the tool can be reused for multiple projects.
