Plexus Static Mixing Tip 50ml

Plexus® Static Mixing Tips provide a convenient and reliable way to properly mix and dispense compatible two-component Plexus adhesives. Designed to attach directly to dual-component adhesive cartridges, these disposable nozzles combine the resin and activator as the materials travel through the internal static mixing elements.

The spiral mixing elements repeatedly divide and recombine the two components, producing a thorough, consistent mixture before the adhesive exits the nozzle. This eliminates the need for manual mixing and helps maintain the correct adhesive ratio when used with the appropriate Plexus cartridge and dispensing equipment.

The long, tapered nozzle provides excellent control when applying adhesive into seams, joints, bonding surfaces, and other areas where accurate bead placement is important. Static mixing tips are especially useful for marine fabrication, fiberglass and composite bonding, automotive applications, transportation manufacturing, and general industrial assembly.

After use, the tip can simply be removed and discarded once the adhesive has cured inside it, helping simplify cleanup and preparing the cartridge for installation of a fresh mixing tip during the next application.
