RAKA 260 Tropical Cure Hardener is a premium epoxy curing agent designed specifically for use with RAKA 127 Low Viscosity Epoxy Resin when working in warm or tropical climates. Its ultra-slow cure formulation extends pot life and working time, allowing ample time to position reinforcement fabrics, eliminate air bubbles, and thoroughly wet out fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other composite materials before the epoxy begins to cure.

Ideal for professional boat builders, composite fabricators, and woodworking enthusiasts, RAKA 260 Tropical Hardener is engineered to maintain a manageable working time in high ambient temperatures where standard or fast hardeners may cure too quickly. The extended open time helps reduce waste, improves laminate quality, and allows for more precise application on large or complex projects.

When combined with RAKA 127 Resin, the system produces a high-strength, moisture-resistant epoxy with outstanding adhesion to wood, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and many composite substrates. The low-viscosity resin penetrates porous materials easily while providing excellent fiberglass wet-out, creating strong, lightweight laminates with exceptional durability.

Whether you're building a boat, laminating composite panels, encapsulating wood, or completing structural marine repairs in hot weather, RAKA 127 Resin with 260 Tropical Cure Hardener delivers the working time, bond strength, and long-lasting performance required for demanding applications.
