        WEST SYSTEM® 404 High-Density Filler is a high-strength adhesive filler formulated to maximize the physical properties of WEST SYSTEM epoxy in demanding structural applications. This fine-fiber, off-white powder thickens mixed epoxy into a durable, non-sag adhesive that provides outstanding compression strength, gap-filling capability, and resistance to repeated cyclic loading. It was specifically developed for bonding hardware and other components subjected to heavy mechanical stress, making it the preferred choice when maximum holding power is required.

        When combined with WEST SYSTEM 105 Epoxy Resin and any compatible 200 Series Hardener, or with G/flex® 650 or G/5® Five-Minute Adhesive, 404 High-Density Filler produces a versatile structural adhesive suitable for hardware installation, structural bonding, laminating, wood fillets, and filling gaps or voids. The cured epoxy develops an off-white color and maintains excellent strength even under high compressive and cyclic loads, making it ideal for demanding marine, woodworking, and industrial composite applications.
